The Lab Behind the Lessons

Student working on industrial motor control training panel in the lab

When you watch a Tesla Harmonics video and see a student wiring a motor control panel, or an instructor walking through conduit bending on real equipment -- that is not a studio set. That is a real training lab with real tools and real standards.

From the beginning, TESHAR Industrial has invested in securing dedicated lab and workshop spaces for filming and instruction. Roughly 70-75% of all Tesla Harmonics video content is produced in fully equipped electrical and industrial maintenance training environments -- spaces set up to mirror actual working conditions.

Why It Matters

Training that looks real should be real. The labs used for Tesla Harmonics content are outfitted with the same equipment, safety standards, and professional expectations you would find on a job site. That is intentional.

When learners see a demo, they are watching it happen on the same type of gear they will encounter in the field -- not a simplified classroom prop or a whiteboard diagram. That connection between training and reality is what makes the content effective.

How We Work

TESHAR Industrial secures and equips training spaces specifically for content production and hands-on instruction. Every environment is set up to support real demonstrations -- conduit bending, motor control wiring, PLC programming, safety procedures -- with the proper tools and equipment in place.

Content is developed with NCCER curriculum standards in mind, ensuring that what students learn through Tesla Harmonics aligns with industry-recognized benchmarks. The goal is always the same: workforce-ready skills taught the right way.

Looking Ahead

As Tesla Harmonics grows, so does the need for dedicated training infrastructure. The long-term vision includes expanded lab access, mobile training capabilities, and formalized partnerships with institutions across Alabama and the Southeast.
